Enrichio (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered product content tools for Shopify merchants. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data — email address and profile details from Google OAuth or email and password sign-in.
• Usage data — product URLs you submit to the URL rewriter and basic request metadata needed to operate the service.
• Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.

How we use information

• Authenticate sessions and secure access to gated features such as /try.
• Scrape and rewrite product page content you request.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

AI processing

Product page content you submit is sent to our AI provider (Perplexity) to generate rewritten descriptions. Do not submit personal data you are not authorized to process.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers required to run Enrichio (for example authentication, hosting, and AI generation), or when required by law.

Retention

We retain account and operational data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@enrichio.ai.
